It includes, on one level with the independent and enclosed garden:
- a living room with fireplace,
- a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with WC,
- a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with WC, and
- an equipped kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove (fires and electric oven), refrigerator and the necessary utensils, crockery and small household appliances.
It also includes a garage with washing machine and fridge/freezer.
